All present and correct
I've taken all your advice and comments on board and I'm still incredibly chilled. I've left Nyahururu and am now in Kisumu. It's not bad but I'm wishing I'd stayed at the camp site. I'm here because it's the nearest big town that isn't Nakuru and I think I can do more from here. I'm happy to go my own merry way (though am now planning to avoid Rwanda) but I'm thinking of trying to join a project in Tanzania or Malawi later on. So I'm taking advantage of a faster interner connection and seeing what I can fix up.
In all the keffuffle I totally forgot about Sarah's birthday (that's a lie, I remembered but thought it wasn't until 28th). The day she becomes a responsible adult will truley be a sad one-I say the same for myself.
I spoke to Rev Julius but really just to thank him for stepping forward. I don't have much inclination to stay in Kenya so I don't intend to.
I certainly don't intend to stay to long in Kisumu-as far as I can see the fast internet is pretty much its only attraction. Will check out Lake Victoria which is pretty close and then get myself to Tanzania, find a camp site and chill some more. I can't wait to hit the beaches and get my tent out again but that probably wont be until the end of April depending on how things go.

the fast internet connection is so fast it publishes your blog three times!
You are doing brilliant, - I am so impressed with how you are coping, so many people would go to pieces on their own in a country which is not only foreign but very different culture. I too think you did best to leave Samuel. I am praying for you lots, everybody is, but then I was praying for you anyway, before you left Samual. But I will be honest that at first, altrhough I knew God was with you and protecting you, I was really worried about you being all alone in Africa aged 19 1/2 and not knowing anyone with no particular plans. But now I am not - you are doing great, and God is with you, and so are all our prayers.
Tanzania sounds good, have a good journey down there, and dont forget to wear the flight socks on the bus/train.
lots of love and hugs and prayers

Love always.
Take care Wendy.

Fast Internet connection - Slow Internet connection. The end result is still the same. I'm sure the waterfall is ample compensation for slow. But then I am here (using my slow connection) and you are there wanting to get out and about.
A little word of advice - check out Malawi first if you are thinking of going. I have a feeling it is not a totally safe place to be.
Savour every moment - good and bad!
Lots of love and hugs and nice thought
P.S Its a very wet day here in the wilds of Yorkshire.

I've heard the really rich part of africa with all the white people, hotels and carjackings is the best part. Go there next.
