Welcome, welcome, sorry about the mess

So this is my blog, it's mainly about Africa and the fact that I'm going there, but it'll probably go on many a tangent before I'm through. Enjoy reading about my adventures, I know I'll enjoy having them.

lions and tigers and bears oh my

bit of an exagguration there-didn't see any lions, or tigers, or bears for that matter.
Did see just about everything else. There's a guy in the chuch called Keffe (pronounced Keff-a) who works as a tour guide so I went with him, we saw more eagles, giraffes, black and white rhino, zebra, buffalo and a whole lot of birds. A monkey stole my milk! We saw a bit of a leopard to we think. It was so cool. You're getting a lot of random midweek blogs which i hadn't planned but hey, we all like surprises.

Hi Wendy. Are you actually doing any work whilst you are over there? Everything sounds great fun!

Just need to hijack your blog. SARAH please bring me a cake. Thankyou.

Was the monkey wild or tame?

Please let me know how many mini creme eggs you want - how many people have you told about them?

Love from Mum xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

PS Hope things went well with you Liz.

Wendy my skin is turning green. How I would have loved to have slipped into your suitcase. Never mind the next best thing is to live it through your blog.

Hallo Domestic Goddess - I was going to request a cake through the post. I have been known to send my muffins so know little cakes will travel but foiled by all your work colleagues. Ah well maybe next time.

But I have just nipped into town in my lunch and have come back with an iced finger. Any minute now yum.

Wendy my only comparison is when I visited the Farne Islands. It was soooooo exciting with Puffins whirring by within inches and me being attacked by Arctic Terns.

Lots of love x x x x

My sweetness, I only just remembered about your blog so have been reading about your ridiculously wondrous experiences in Africanabanana...
I was actually just thinking about you the other day; I was trying to describe Mickey's Fairies to someone but it all went terribly wrong...
Ciao for now, mother dearest!

Wendy - it just occured to me whilst discussing cough medicine with an american friend - well how to make your own actually. If you come across any interesting tradtitional remedies, I would be really interested in details, no need to email or blog them, just keep a note of what they are for and how they use/make them, and let me have it when you get back. I am a grown up (well legally anyway) and wont do anything stupid with them. Like, I know how to make cough medicine from snail trail stuff, but dont actually DO it
