how many calories in a malaria tablet?
Because that's all I've had since 8 on Tuesday. Stupid pastor making stupid me do stupid fastinmg making me stupid crabby hence calling lovely pastor stupid. So my body is now running entirely off the malaria tablet. I finish in less than two hours though-have just been to the supermarket to buy chocolate biscuits to celebrate with.
Wasn't aware that it was world book day, as far as I know it's not celebrated here-had i known you can be assured i would have painted a scar on my head at the very least-though I needn't bother with the paint after walking into an open window frame on Monday night, all together now...Only Wendy...
Invisible biscuits to everybody except for mum, if you hadn't addmitted you cheated you'd have got away with it. tut tut, am terribly ashamed.
By the way if anyone wants to send anything: letters, postcards, food parcels (mini cream eggs don't weigh alot!) you can send it c/o Samuel Kimitho PO Box 3932 20100, Nakuru, Kenya.
So absolutely no excuses, apart from the fact that it's probably ludicrously expensive.

Hi Wendy - had my first creme egg last night - it was Sarah's fault - I had resisted for weeks. Pretty disappointed actually. Not as good as i remembered - I'll have to try another one just in case my taste buds were having a day off. Will cost sending mini creme eggs - how many would you need to share around? Love Mum.

Today is Friday Wendy - are you saying you havent eaten anything since Tuesday. that is probably about 60 hours. That isnt healthy - I am assuming you are sensible and have srink lots and lots of water, but even so, especially in that heat, it isnt healthy. You will have used up all the glucagon in your liver after about 36 hours, depending on how much exercise you have done. Be careful starting eating - you will have a bit sugar high from the biccies and feel better very quickly - minutes - but you must have something with lots of carb in as well - bread, rice, pasta, potatoes etc. or you will very much worse very quickly too. Sorry for the lecture. But being diabetic, I know a bit about the control of blood sugars. YOu take good care and drink plenty!
I will send you a CHMC magazine - and you can perhaps send an article, or I can put clips from the blog - nice ones I hasten to add. I know I can be a big meanie sometimes, but I wouldnt over something like that.

Can you not get Creme Eggs over there then, according to royal mail and this is just me guessing at the weight of a creme egg it would cost £2.44 to send you a creme egg.....whens Easter, i reckon i could stretch to that?

Guess what i might be doing next week (not as interesting as moving to Africa but still....) Skiing, in Scotland, can you imagine?

A creme Egg weights 41g, can send two for £2.44, but you cant have this one that im sat munching at the mo!!!
Wheeeeeeeeeee, we got snow!!!! Poor you wendy! It's a good job that i'm not you then because if your wasting away then well there isn't much of me to start off with :-) hehe Enjoy food again and think about what you have learned from the whole thing. Sorry to start sounding like liz but please eat sensibly and drink alot and take care of yourself. Oh and were you really tired when you wrote that last one? Not mch happened with me other than german coursework is oing fairly well for me!

did you know that once you do too much of one language in one day you are in that mind set and you become slightly incapable of speaking other languages in any proper form. Argh, it's so annoying. Tooooooooooooo much german, way too much.

Sarah, are you by any chance supposed to be doing coursework and/or revision. Repeated posting on Wendy's blog suggests you supposed to be doing that, and if so, I bet your bedroom is immaculate and all your CDs are arranged alphabetically. been there, done there, carefully hand washed, reshaped, and ironed the t-shirt!!!!!!! I wont tell tho. Lynne and Helen are the same!

Yeah liz i am doing german coursework at the moment but it is hard and i need breaks! As you can tell. Mind you it is getting done and it's getting easier. I'm also sure that when i get older i too will have carefuly hand washed, reshaped an ironed the t-shirt!!!No my room is not immaculate but i have checked my e-mails stupid amounts of times.And writte a few. Since you are doing A level German, you would find doing Anglo saxon as your second subject so easy at UCLAN. My german is pretty dire, and I will find it hard. Anthony assures me I wont, but one of his strengths is encouraging people. My German consists of Achtung, Ich heise (sp) Liz. I cant even say anything rude in German!
Wendy, I might not reply tomorrow to you blog, this isnt because I am cross, angry, anti-social, miseerable, or any of those things. I am have an op on my hand and have to be in hospital by 11.30. I am scared, and I know that is silly and I should put it all in GOd's hands, BUT THAT IS HARD! So please pray for me, and I will be back bugging you and taking over your blog pretty soon I hope. I will of course still be praying for you even when hand not working.

Just a quick one to say do you want me to send your dad to the chippy and post them over to you. He's just got back from his conference in Dublin and he loved his first experience of flying, major dramas last week as his passport only arrived on Thursday and he was flying on Friday ah the way life works out sometimes.
